How did I end up here to meditate?
We drove on Tuesday afternoon (100km) through Dujiangyan city to this mountain.
Here we relax and have a fun night. In the morning, we can meditate in the fresh mountain air.
Tuesday night this Sichuan province has two big earthquakes, but we do not feel anything because this happens 400 km away from us.
Time to wake up and see how this place looks early in the morning.
What you find when you follow this path?
The old earthquake sign has fallen to the ground, nobody cares more about this.
As you walk to the end of the path, you will see amazing views, this is the best place to do morning meditation.
Meditation helps to improve concentration, which is important for defensive or attacking your opponent.
The biggest butterfly, that I have seen came to disturb me, so I had to get up and take a picture.
Back to the Hotel and it is time to go see a sight of Dujiangyan city and then back to Chengdu.
Rest of the week we have been training hard to learn a lot about how to use body movement to defend and attack. Also, we have learned to do the better footwork to keep your balance all the time.
